Are you an oyster lover? This package is for you! This includes 2 1/2 doz of the fan-favorite Kumamoto oyster, known for its full to the brim sweet, clean and fruity meat; 2 1/2 doz of 2 different Pacific Shooters; two different oysters with deep shells full of meat with a sweet-and-salty melon flavor.

TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH

• Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box.

• Place them in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices.

• Cover with a damp towel.

• Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.

• Shellfish stored this way will easily keep for 5 - 7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor.

We harvest and pack your product the same morning the product is shipped! This means the product arrives on your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest!

• Orders placed Monday before 9:00am PST ship out same day. 
  • Orders placed Monday after 9:00am PST ship out Tuesday.

• Orders placed Tuesday before 9:00am PST ship out same day. 
  • Orders placed Tuesday after 9:00am PST ship out Wednesday.

• Orders placed Wednesday before 9:00am PST ship out same day. 
  • Orders placed Wednesday after 9:00am PST ship out Thursday.

• All orders placed Thursday after 9:00am PST- Sunday 11:59pm PST are harvested, packed & shipped Monday.

• We do not ship out on Friday's or the weekend.
