All mussels & clams are packed with 1/2 to 1 pound extra to account for any broken shells that may occur during shipping and handling.

TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH

• Remove your fresh, live shellfish from packaging.

• Place shellfish in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices.

• Cover with a damp towel.

• Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.

• Stored this way will easily keep 5-7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor.

We harvest and pack your product the same morning the product is shipped! This means the product arrives on your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest!
