Our Pacific Shooters are grown all around the Northwest, always wet-stored in our Penn Cove WA nutrient-rich waters. Known for their sweet and salty melon flavor. With meat that fills its deep shell, these oysters are unforgettable either on half shell or on the grill.

TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH

• Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box.

• Place them in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices.

• Cover with a damp towel.

• Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.

• Shellfish stored this way will easily keep for 5 - 7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor.

We harvest and pack your product the same morning the product is shipped! This means the product arrives on your doorstep within 24 hours of harvest!

• Orders placed Monday before 9:00am PST ship out same day. 
  • Orders placed Monday after 9:00am PST ship out Tuesday.

• Orders placed Tuesday before 9:00am PST ship out same day. 
  • Orders placed Tuesday after 9:00am PST ship out Wednesday.

• Orders placed Wednesday before 9:00am PST ship out same day. 
  • Orders placed Wednesday after 9:00am PST ship out Thursday.

• All orders placed Thursday after 9:00am PST- Sunday 11:59pm PST are harvested, packed & shipped Monday.

• We do not ship out on Friday's or the weekend.
