TIPS FOR STORING YOUR SHELLFISH

Remove your fresh, live shellfish from box.

Place them in an open container (colander works best) to retain their natural juices.

Cover with a damp towel.

Place in your refrigerator. DO NOT FREEZE.

Shellfish stored this way will easily keep for 5 - 7 days. Eat ASAP for best flavor.
